Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Soy Drink (Sweetened or Unsweeted depends on your preference)

  • 7 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Thin-Sliced Strawberries

  • 1 tbsp vanilla pudding (optional)

  • 1 tbsp granola (optional)

  • 1 tbsp mixed berries (optional)

  • couple mint leaves (optional)

Direction:

1. In a bowl, combine Soymilk, Matcha Powder, Honey and Vanilla. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.

2. Add chia seeds and stir gently.

3. Using desired bowl or cup, line the bottom with fresh thin sliced strawberries, layer the vanilla pudding (optional), and pour in Soymilk and chia seed mixture.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. Serve with your favorite granola to add a hearty crunch or top with fresh berries or fresh mint.
